Problem
My Structure gadget on a Jira dashboard shows no data. My Structure macro in Confluence is empty.
Solution

If the Structure gadget stopped showing any data, e.g., after an upgrade, it’s possible that the plugin cache was corrupted in Jira. Clearing the cache can help:

Stop Jira.

In your jira-home directory, delete folders JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins and JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins

Start Jira.

If the Structure macro on a Confluence page stopped working or it can’t be configured, then it’s possible that an old Structure macro is being used, and it’s no longer compatible with your Confluence version.
