Cannot trial Structure

Problem

I want to try Structure, but when I try to install it, it doesn’t work.

Solution

If you’re trying to install Structure fro the first time from Atlassian Marketplace, or if you already installed it, and you’re trying to create a trial license, and neither works - then the problem is likely to be on Jira’s side. As a vendor, we do not have influence over the installation and uninstallation of our apps, nor over their license management. Both of these processes and handled by Atlassian on their side for all apps.
