Problem
When I group work items by Sprints, the Closed sprints group is missing.
Solution
Please check the following:
- make sure that the work items in the structure actually have Closed sprints in their Sprint field. If no Closed sprints are assigned, then no Closed sprints groups will be created.
- if work items with Closed sprints are present, then unselect the ‘Avoid Duplicates: Only show work items in their latest sprint or backlog' option in the grouper, and see if it helps. In cases, when a work item was assigned to a different sprint or backlog after its current Sprint was closed, the item technically belongs to two different groups: the Closed sprint, and the new Sprint/backlog. The mentioned option of the grouper only considers the new assignment, and ignores the Closed sprint value. Unselecting the option changes this logic.
If the groups remain missing after adjusting the grouper’s configuration, please let us know, and we will look into this matter in more detail.
