Problem
A work item is displayed as ‘Unavailable item’ in my structure, and no data of it is shown in the columns.
Solution
If a work item is shown as an ‘Unavailable item’, it can be as expected in certain scenarios, including:

the item is a restricted parent item. If its child is accessible to the user in Jira, then Structure will mark the inaccessible parent item as ‘unavailable’ to hide its data from the user. Since Structure always preserves the hierarchy, the restricted parent item can’t be deleted since its child item should still be displayed.

the item was archived in Jira.
