Problem
The Summary column shows additional symbols or text for work items in my structure.
Solution
The Summary column in Structure can display:
-
only the Summary of the work item
-
the Summary and the Description of the item.
If you’re seeing more than just Summary, it’s likely that the extra values are coming from the Description field. You can adjust this behavior by editing the Summary column’s configuration and disabling the ‘Show Description’ option.
