Problem
When I try to export my structure, it doesn’t work.
Solution
There can be different reasons the export fails, both internal and external. For troubleshooting, you can try the following actions to help determine the possible root cause:

Try exporting using the incognito mode. If it’s successful, then the reason can be related to the browser cache or a browser extension impacting the feature.

Try exporting using a different network or without the current firewall restrictions. Network connection and its settings can block the export requests.

Switch the view of the structure to the Basic view. This can help if the problem is related to the complexity of the value in columns.

Create a test structure with a smaller scope of items in it. This can also point out to the complexity of the original structure - very large structures had the potential of timing out when exporting due to too much data being calculated at once.

Please note: in Structure Cloud, structures can only be exported in Excel in either .xls or .xlsx format. If you’re able to somehow export structures in .csv, .pdf, or any other format, then this functionality is provided by either a different app, or some custom solution. We can neither guarantee that such export can work, nor can we provide guided assistance with it.
