Structure integration can't be installed at Tempo

Problem

When I click 'Install' for Structure at Jira Apps | Tempo | Apps | Integrations, I get the following error:

Install attempt failed. Application Connect to Structure returned 400 status code. Please try again or contact Tempo support for assistance.

Solution

This happens due to Structure and Timesheets being installed or pinned in two different data residency regions. For the integration to work, both apps should reside in the same location. This can be resolved by moving one of the app's data using instructions from Atlassian: https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/moving-your-marketplace-apps-data-to-another-location/
It is not a requirement for the applications to be in the same location as Jira; they only need to share the same data residency region with each other.
