Problem
Some work items are missing from my structure.
Solution
If work items that are supposed to be present in the structure are not in it, one of the following causes can be behind it:

The owner of the structure doesn’t have access to these issues in Jira. Generators of Structure: https://help.tempo.io/structure/latest/generators can only add issues to structures that the owner of the structure can see.

The limit of the Insert generator is being reached: https://help.tempo.io/structure/latest/jql-insert#Limit When it happens, work items that match the given JQL query of the generator are only partially added to the structure. This can be resolved by double-clicking on the Insert generator, changing the Limit value in its configuration to a higher number, and clicking Save.

The global permissions necessary for Structure are not set as expected. You can find out more details about the requirements in our documentation: https://help.tempo.io/structure/latest/setting-global-permissions
