Problem
When I sort work items by Priority in my structure, the order is not correct. Some priorities appear to be lower or higher than they should be.
Solution
Structure uses the priority order defined in Jira at Jira settings | Work items | Priorities. On this page, you can define how each priority should be considered compared to others. When adding a Sort by Priority generator or sorting by the Priority column, the result order of items in the structure should reflect that.
Please note: it takes Structure 1 hour to react to changing the order of priorities in Jira settings. Please wait before refreshing the structure.
