Problem
Structure doesn't load, and this error appears on the screen:
Initialization error
Unexpected error. Please reload the page.
Solution
To make sure that nothing is blocking the required access for Structure, please make sure that:
1. Structure is whitelisted according to our guidelines: https://help.tempo.io/structure/latest/cannot-access-structure-through-a-firewall
2. The *.atlassian-dev.net domains are whitelisted as well - access to them is necessary for all Marketplace apps.
If whitelisting doesn’t help, please let us know, and we will look into this matter in more detail.
