If your company firewall is preventing you from accessing Structure, we recommend the following:

Make sure the firewall allows WebSocket connections. Structure will not work without a WebSockets connection.

Add the following addresses to your allowlist:

Customers in the EU/DE regions, use the following URLS:
https://prod-eu-central-1.structure.app -
All other customers:
https://structure.app

Allow Structure with an IP address
If adding Structure’s URLs to your allowlist does not fix the issue, you can use the Structure app IP address. To obtain the current IP address, perform a dns lookup for domain structure.app.
Only add Structure’s IP address if adding URLs to your whitelist does not work, as IP addresses are subject to change.
Use the following configurations after you have the IP address:
