Can't click on a structure on the All structures page

Problem

I can see a structure on the All Structures page, but its name is not clickable; I cannot open it.

Solution

If a structure is visible on the All structures page, but its name is not displayed as clickable link, then it means that:

• you don’t have access to this structure and

• you’re a Jira administrator.

In Structure Cloud, Jira administrators can see all existing structures, but they can only access each structure if they have permission for it. Unlike the regular users, Jira admins can both see the unaccessible structures on the page, and they can configure permissions for any structure, including granting permissions to themselves.
