Problem
When I try to add the Structure macro on a Confluence page, it throws an error:
Unable to find Structure installation. Please contact your administrator.
Solution
The problem is caused by the data residency mismatch. For the Structure macro to work, the Confluence Helper app in Confluence should be installed in the same location as Structure app in Jira. If the apps are in different locations, they cannot integrate with each other.
To resolve this, either Structure or Confluence Helper should be moved to the same location as the other app. This move can be requested by a Jira administrator in your domain’s Atlassian administration section.
