Cannot add a user to a team

Problem

I’m trying to add a user to a team, but I get “Error! User is already a member of this team on this date.”

Solution

Scroll through the users on the team overview page to confirm the user isn’t already in the team with a start/leaving date.

• If they are, you will need to add them outside this date range, adjust the previous membership dates, or remove/re-add the user to the team.

If it’s confirmed they are not on the team overview page, run a User Reindex, then try again. (Tempo Settings > Reindex Users)
