Team lead cannot edit timesheet when Grace period is given to team member

Problem

As a team lead, I cannot edit the timesheet of a user that I have given a grace period

Solution

This is the expected behavior. 
The Grace period is only granting the user, who receives the grace period, the ability to log work. It does not grant the supervisor the access to log or edit work for this team member.
