Widgets are not working after an update

Problem

After updating Tempo Timesheets on our production Jira Data Center instance, the “My Work” and “Tempo User Timesheet Progress” widgets are now missing. We can’t find or add them to our custom Jira dashboards.

Solution

This issue usually occurs when Tempo components are not running on the same version.

Please check the following:

  1. Verify that all Tempo components are on the same version across your Jira Data Center nodes.

  2. If the versions match, try cleaning the plugin cache and then restarting Jira.

After completing these steps, check again to see if the missing widgets are available. If the issue persists, please contact support with the results of these checks and provide the HAR and support.zip files.
