Tempo page is not loading or showing "something went wrong. sorry."

Question

Why is Tempo page not loading or showing blank? Tempo Log Time form is giving "something went wrong. sorry." error message.

Answer

This usually means that Tempo is being blocked by some settings in your network or software. Please have your Network Administrator to check the following:

  1. Browser settings to allow 3rd party cookies

  2. Browser extensions

  3. Antivirus (ie. Kaspersky)

  4. Firewall

  5. VPN

  6. Router settings

This may happen to one workstation or network wide.
