Financial Manager now has Jira Global Permissions to let you manage users with Jira user groups. These apply to all General Access projects while keeping Restricted projects limited to selected users. This table shows users with the granted permission user roles for different project access types.

Example
User A has the Tempo Project Viewer permission and is added by the owner of Project B to have Editor access for the restricted Project C. This means that user A will be able to view all the projects that have “Users with Tempo Projects Access”, has no access for other restricted projects and only has “Full Access except modifying scope and deleting project” for project C. (see table below)
