We have added new members to our Tempo Team, but when you open your Financial Manager project, they do not appear in the "Team" view or in the budget calculations.
Answer
Tempo Teams and Financial Manager Teams are managed separately. A user appears in a Financial Manager project only after they have logged or planned time against a Jira issue within that project's scope.
