API integration is not working

Problem

  • I’m integrating Tempo with a third-party company, but the integration isn’t working.

  • The API is returning an error.

Solution

Tempo provides an API that allows you to retrieve Tempo data for use in other applications.

If an integration or automation is not working, please try calling the same API endpoint using Postman. This helps determine whether the issue is with the API itself or with the integration or automation.

If the API call does not work, please share the request you are making along with the response you receive with the Tempo Support team. If the API works but assistance is needed with the integration, please note that integrations fall outside the scope of Tempo’s support, as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA): https://www.tempo.io/sla .
