Users are not receiving email notifications

Problem

What could be causing email notifications to not be delivered? Are email notifications currently experiencing any issues?

Solution

Could you please check your spam or junk email folder to ensure that these notifications are not inadvertently being filtered?

It would also be helpful to confirm whether all users are affected by this issue or only specific individuals.

In addition, you may want to verify the following:

  • That your mail server or security gateway is not blocking the *.pstmrk.it domain.

  • The domain has been properly whitelisted according to the Tempo Cloud Whitelist documentation.

  • There are no email filtering rules configured locally (e.g., inbox rules or forwarding rules) that could be redirecting or deleting the messages.

  • That your organization’s firewall or antivirus solution is not quarantining the emails.

  • That the users’ email addresses are correctly configured in the system.

  • That the notifications are enabled in the user’s profile settings.

If possible, please share an example of a missing notification (including the date, time, and recipient) so we can investigate further.
