Issues Disappearing When Filtering Plans by User and Project in Tempo

Problem

Customers could see plans when filtering by user, but when adding a project filter of the same projects as the listed issues, some plans disappeared.

Solution

For this kind of filter, the issue needs to be indexed in the Tempo database, so the link between Project and Issue exists, otherwise its only the Plan linked with the issue, the Support Team in this case will need to trigger a manual issue reindex for the instance.
