Problem
When trying to create a plan, you receive a “Something went wrong” error message.
Solution
This is often due to the “Sync plan with Jira issue” option being selected.

Had you wanted to sync the plan to Jira?

You will need to verify that the sync fields you selected in the Planning Time settings are correctly set on the work item.

You were trying to create a regular, non-synced plan for a user.

Unchecking the box should resolve the problem.
