Problem
Can’t delete the planned time for issues that no longer exist.
Solution
If the Sync Plans with Jira Issues option is enabled, the option to delete a plan will no longer be available in the UI after the associated Jira issue is removed. In this case, the plan can only be deleted via the API.
To delete the plan through the API, the plan ID is required. If you do not have the plan ID, please provide the issue ID to the Tempo Support team. They can use it to identify the corresponding plan ID so it can be removed via the Tempo API.
