Answer | The burndown chart is a JIRA feature and as such it uses the time from the JIRA Data Center. If you're not using the "start and end" time in Tempo Timesheets, the worklogs will appear in the burndown chart according to what that time means in the "Jira Data Center time" (i.e.: 00:00, 2:00 AM, etc).
