What permissions are necessary for the Tempo apps to work properly?

In addition to managing the usual Tempo and Jira permissions, there are some system-managed user groups/roles that need to be in place. *These are essential for the plugin to work properly.*

Verify whether the Atlassian Add-On Administrator group (atlassian-addons-admin) has the Browser Users and Groups permission under JIRA Global Permissions.

The atlassian-addons-project-access space role is granted all permissions in the Permission Schemes across all of your Jira spaces.
