Is there any way to track the movement of a worklog id?

Is there any way to track the movement of a worklog id in Jira when it is moved to a different work item? According to this Community Answer, due to Jira API limitations, a movement of worklogs would be to delete the worklog and create a new worklog in the new work item. 

As you have read in the community Q&A, to move a worklog to another work item, Tempo has to delete the old one from original work item and create a new one under the new work item.

However, Tempo for Cloud has added a new feature for Bulk Actions, which will track a history of Bulk actions performed by you in the last 90 Days.
