In the Jira issue view, the Tempo panel is visible, but the Log Time button and the Activities / Worklogs tabs are missing (only the Plan Time button is shown). The native Jira Time Tracking section displays correctly.

This issue occurs when a user is restricted from creating worklogs on an issue due to one of two configuration bottlenecks:

Missing Project Permission: The affected user or group lacks the Work On Issues permission in the specific Jira project or space.

Restrictive Workflow Property: A workflow property attached to the issue's current status (such as
jira.permission.work.denied) explicitly blocks worklog creation.-
