How can I see which user has not logged any hours (0h) within a selected period

Question

When viewing Tempo Reports, a user with "View all worklogs" or "View Team worklogs" can see the worklogs of other users. How can I see which users have not logged any hours?

Answer

Team leads (or users with "Approve Timesheets" permission) can view the Team Timesheet for their team. This view shows the hours logged by all members in their team, including information for team members that have not logged any time. You can access the Team Timesheet via your team’s Team overview page - see the Data Center documentation or Cloud documentation for more information.

On Server/Data Center, you can check across multiple teams for users who have not logged their time by exporting a Logged Time report to an Excel file. The “0 hours” data is available on the Users tab in this file - see https://help.tempo.io/timesheets-dc/latest/viewing-users-with-no-hours-0-logged
On Cloud, you can check for users who have not logged their time, across either multiple teams or users who are not members of a team, with the Show users with 0h option in a Logged Time report - see https://help.tempo.io/timesheets/latest/viewing-users-with-no-hours-logged
