How can I track user adoption and activity for Tempo Timesheets? Specifically, I'd like to see:

A list of users who are actively using the app.

The total count of active users.

The last access/usage date per user.
Answer
Currently, Tempo does not track individual user activity or last-accessed dates. As a result, there is no built-in report, export, or API endpoint that displays active usage at the individual user level.
Available Workaround:
While active usage isn't directly logged, you can check who is authorized to use the app:

Navigate to your Jira Global Permissions settings.

Review the list of users assigned the Tempo Timesheets Access permission.
Note: This list indicates who has permission to access the tool, but it does not differentiate between active and inactive users.
