How Issue Links differ from Parent Issues in the connector

I have several issue IDs that are now showing in the “Issue Links” table. Could you provide more info about how it works? It is weird because the same issue in the “Issues” table has the “Parent Issue Key” column, but it seems that it is not working the same in the “Issue Links” table.

Answer

There is the “Parent Issues” table, and its data (such as the “Parent Issue Key” column) is added to the “Issues” table. This table only reflects parent–child relationships (like tasks and subtasks).

All other links, such as “relates to”, “blocks”, “blocked by”, etc., appear in the “Issue Links” table.
