There is no specific tool for the automatic app migration from one Cloud instance to another. Overall, you need to install the connector in the destination Cloud site from scratch and reconfigure all the data sources, permissions, and tokens. Also, please take note that the URLs of the sources will be changed since every hash is unique:
This means that after the migration, it will be necessary to reconnect to the relevant data sources with the appropriate credentials on the Power BI side and rebuild your dashboards accordingly.
