Question
Our Atlassian organization uses an IP allow list, and Power BI Connector for Jira Cloud can’t access the Jira API. The allow list only accepts IP ranges, not host names. Which IP addresses should we allow?
Answer
Power BI Connector for Jira Cloud uses fixed IP addresses for each region. Add the addresses for the region your app is pinned to to your Atlassian IP allow list.

If the connector is still blocked, check that your network filtering solution (for example, Zscaler or Umbrella) does not block *.atlassian-dev.net, which the Forge components use. Atlassian also publishes the full list of domains and IPs for Cloud products: IP addresses and domains for Atlassian cloud products.
