We are unable to fetch the Rank values from Jira Xray Execution board to Power Bi reports. I have added the screenshot below for reference:

For such purposes, you can use the “Rank” field from the “Xray” tab > the “Test Run Iterations” table:
Please make sure you add this table to the list of exported ones and then load it in Power BI.
After that, the "Test Run Iterations" table can be connected with the "Test Runs" table by the "Test Run ID" field:
