Can I use a scoped (read-only) Jira API token in Power BI Connector under API Integrations → Jira? When I add the token, I get the error “Your credentials are invalid”. Which minimum read-only scopes are required?

No, scoped Jira API tokens are currently not supported in Power BI Connector (Jira Cloud). Because of this, there is no set of minimum read-only scopes that makes them work, and the connector returns “Your credentials are invalid” even when the token has only read permissions.
