Our connector does not collect or store any particular data from your Cloud site in its database. Instead, it allows for a direct connection between the Jira instance and Power BI Desktop/Service. The application saves only a data source URL link (hash) with a list of selected tables, fields, filters, and other settings (metadata).
If you need to restore your Jira Cloud site from the backup, the required app information and configurations will be preserved on our side. If the addon reinstallation is necessary, feel free to do so, and you should see that all the data remains intact.
The only case can be connected to the data residency location change (not likely). In this situation, you are welcome to contact our Support team for further data restoration.
