The deprecation of legacy Feedback & Idea Manager (formally FIM) was first communicated on September 1st through in-app messages, Help Center updates, and a banner within the module itself, which stayed up through the October 1st cutoff. Clients were informed about the new Idea Manager and instructed to migrate data if they wanted to keep it.
