How to share an Idea Board with others?
Answer
Idea Boards cannot be shared directly via a link or "Share" button. Instead, Idea Manager uses Product Areas to manage permissions for viewing and editing feedback and ideas.
To grant access, you must assign individuals (who must be existing members of your Strategic Roadmaps instance) to the relevant Product Area. When assigning users, you must select one of the following access levels:

Member: Can view and interact with all feedback and ideas within that Product Area.

Manager: Can manage members, edit settings, and create child product areas.
Important Considerations: * Permission Cascading: Permissions flow downward. Adding a user to a parent Product Area automatically grants them access to all of its child product areas.
