Structure access for active & inactive users of Jira

Problem

I want to know how making a user inactive, or revoking their access to Jira affects Structure.

Solution

If a user's access to Jira issues changes, this can affect the content of the structures that the user owns. If they are disabled/turned inactive in Jira, their access to all issues is removed, which effectively makes their structures empty since the structure's generators can only add issues that their owner can see in Jira.
If the user is active but they can no longer log in to Jira, then their structures are still fully operational.

But in both cases, we recommend changing the ownership of each such structure if other users are meant to continue using them. This can help to avoid disruptions and any potential confusion.
