Updating Power BI data from connector takes hours and resulting in crashes

Problem

When users refresh data in Power BI, the process takes a lot of time and sometimes fails.

📘 Depending on the data volume, export might take 3 hours; sometimes it may take even 7 hours. To optimize the process, consider the following steps:

Apply filters (Basic or JQL filters by project or date, Software filters, etc.) to reduce the exported information
Split your connector into several smaller ones and refresh the data separately (one by one)
