Problem
We're currently experiencing issues with the "Power BI Connector for Jira". We tried upgrading the app from version 4.0.0 to 5.0.0, but the issue still persisted.

Solution
Based on our experience, this is a network issue after the Forge migration. Apparently, you use OpenDNS, Zscaler, Cisco Umbrella, or another filter blocking requests to the *.cdn.prod.atlassian-dev.net domain.
Please whitelist the *atlassian-dev.net domain to fix this. Also, here is the list of Atlassian domains to whitelist as Forge apps might use them: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/#Atlassian-domains .
