Unable to clone a “Shared with me” data source in Power BI Connector for Jira

Problem

I’m using the Power BI Connector for Jira Cloud and trying to clone a data source that appears under the “Shared with me” tab. The Clone action doesn’t work.

Solution

Cloning is available from the Actions (three dots) menu of a data source. If it fails for a data source under “Shared with me”, please try the following:

1. Check the version of the connector you are using and update it to the latest available version, if it is not updated automatically.

2. Reload the page and try cloning again.
