Assets data suddenly stopped loading

Problem

I used the Power BI Connector for Jira for a few months and had a report with Assets data.

After a while, I don’t get the info from InsightObjects and InsightObjectTypes.

Can you help determine what the problem can be?

Solution

The main reason for such data disruption is an expired or revoked Jira API token. We recommend generating a new token for your user under the Jira account settings > the “Security” tab > the “API tokens” section and then adding it to our application > the “API Integrations” menu > the “Jira” area.

Once done, you should be able to retrieve the Assets info again.
