Filters do not apply and cloning does not work for Power BI Connector

Problem

I am trying to create a new connector for Power BI and am encountering the following issues in the Power BI Connector app:

  1. When creating a data source, the JQL filter is not being saved. As a result, the search retrieves all Jira items and causes my Power BI to freeze.

  2. I cannot clone an existing connector; it results in an error.

  3. I cannot modify an existing source, as the changes are not saved when I attempt to save them.

Could you please advise me on how to proceed?

Solution

The first troubleshooting step is to update the application manually to the latest version. Typically, these updates happen automatically in the background; however, following our recent migration to Forge, they currently need to be triggered in a manual way.
