Is there a limit on the number of users that can be exported through the Power BI Connector?
We have around 11717 active users in the instance, but Power BI is only showing 9998 users after connecting.
Solution
Exports generally have no limits, but the export of the "Users" table may be limited without a Jira API token. Without such a token, exports are capped at 10000 users and may omit some, especially inactive ones.
Please ensure a Jira API token is configured for all users performing exports in the "API Integrations" addon's tab > the "Jira API token" section.
