Problem
Earlier, we created a request about the data residency move for the Power BI Connector. We were told we would be able to initiate the move ourselves when the new feature was released.
Now, we are not able to initiate the move as instructed in the documentation because the sites have the Move delayed status.
Hopefully you are able to initiate the migration for us.
Solution
The issue appears to be related to a data residency migration attempted in the past while the feature was disabled. As a result, the previous attempt is now stuck, showing the "Move delayed" message, and it cannot be completed on your end.
We are unable to start the migration process from our side. Please get in touch with Atlassian support and request that they stop the pending move and initiate a new one on your behalf.
