Problem
When trying to log in to Strategic Roadmap receive CODE: The signed un user ‘emailaddress@test.com’ is not assigned to a role for the application ‘account ID’
Solution
Access from inside the SAML provider is limited to a specific user group or team, which is preventing the user from accessing the site following a successful login. Speak to the SSO admin for the company to make sure you are on the Strategic Roadmap allowed access list.
