Problem
After moving from Jira DC to Jira Cloud, your roadmaps with Jira Integration become suspended.
Solution
Jira DC and Jira Cloud are considered two separate instances. The Strategic Roadmaps account admin will need to connect the new cloud instance. The roadmap owner will need to recreate the roadmap manually using the new cloud instance (including views).
