Problem
If you have two instances of Jira or recently completed a migration, when attempting to use the Structure integration via Strategic Roadmaps, the OAuth 2.0 authorization/confirmation screen opens for the wrong Jira instance, and it doesn’t allow you to switch to the correct instance.
Solution
This behavior is usually caused by cached login and session data in the browser.
To resolve it:

Open an incognito/private browsing window

Log in to the Atlassian account that should be used with the correct Jira instance

Try the Structure integration again on your roadmap
If the correct Jira instance appears in the incognito/private window, clear your browser’s cache. Just logging out of other Atlassian accounts in the normal window and repeat the authorization process may not resolve the issue.
