Unable to Publish Roadmap - 'Stuck' on Greyed out screen with in-progress circle

Problem

In Strategic Roadmaps, when trying to publish a roadmap, you get stuck on a grayed-out screen with an in-progress circle because the page has timed out or frozen.

Solution

A couple of things to check and try:

• Do you have any key dates outside the span of the items?

• Try duplicating the view and republishing

• Try archiving, then restoring the roadmap
